Autel Robotics Free Shipping Policy

AutelRobotics.com offers free shipping on all orders over $59. The best carriers in the business are used to ensure timely delivery. For orders less than $59, shipping methods and fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

The order processing time is usually 24 hours, but during periods of high order volume, such as the Black Friday Sale Season, it may take up to 72 hours.

Please note, purchases shipping outside the United States may have local taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. levied by the destination country as well as brokerage fees or other surcharges imposed by the shipping company that delivers the package. These charges are not included in the purchase amount.

Autel Robotics can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses in the United States. However, there are shipping restrictions on batteries. They can only be shipped via ground and cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
